Coach Academy
Do I have to be coaching already?
Is there a certificate at the end?
Yes. After completing your Coach Academy Course, you will receive an official Spike Easy Coach Certificate.
Do I need to have played on sand, or is indoor enough?
No. A good player does not necessarily make a good coach and vice-versa.
If the pilot's dates move, what happens to my spot?
Your spot stays yours. If the new dates do not work out for you, you will receive a full refund.
About
Where do I park, and how long is the walk from there?
There is a public parking lot right in front of Ocean Beach.
What should I bring, and what do I wear when it's cold?
We recommend beach socks for the cold season (they can be a life saver in the Cali summer sun as well). The best recommendation is to bring multiple layers so you can adapt to the conditions as you go.
Can I come and watch a session before I book one?
Absolutely! Feel free to join any of our programs as a visitor.
