I'm 25 and have been playing volleyball since I was 7 years old, so the sport has been a huge part of my life for the past 18 years. I've played both indoor and beach volleyball for most of my life and had the opportunity to compete in both at the collegiate level earning the all-time dig leader title and earned All-American and multiple All-Conference honors.

I'm passionate about coaching because my coaches played such a big role in getting me to where I am today. They believed in me no matter what, pushed me to become the best version of myself, and helped shape not only the player but the person I became. I'd love to be that kind of coach for someone else!

Hi there! My name is Lauren and I am so excited to coach through Spike Easy! I grew up playing indoor volleyball year-round, which gave me a strong foundation and a lifelong love for the game. While in college, I had the opportunity to coach an indoor high school club team, where I really enjoyed helping players build their skills, confidence and love for volleyball. Now, I am a AA rated beach volleyball player. For me, coaching is about more than just improving technique: it's about creating a fun, supportive environment where people can challenge themselves, connect with others and enjoy the game. I'm excited to continue growing as a beach volleyball player and coach while being part of the amazing volleyball community in San Francisco.

Hi! I'm Se, I started playing volleyball in middle school as an indoor player and switched to beach volleyball after college. Most of my real growth came as an adult, and a big part of that was the coaches who took the time to break down my game, fix my habits, and push me to keep improving.

Good coaching made me a better player, and it also made me love the game more. I'm new to coaching formally, but I remember what it's like to be the player trying to figure things out, and I want to give others the same support I got. Whether you're brand new or getting back into the game, I'd love to help you build confidence, have fun, and fall a little more in love with volleyball!
