About these terms

These terms apply to bookings and purchases with Spike Easy LLC. You can contact us at hello@spike-easy.com. Our business mailing address is 350 Sansome Street, Suite 820 PMB 1122, 94104 San Francisco, CA.

Please review these terms and any booking-specific conditions presented before confirming your booking.

Bookings and payments

Check the dates, location, participant details and total price before submitting a booking. A course booking covers the sessions identified during checkout. Your confirmation records the booking details and payment status; a confirmed booking may still have an outstanding payment.

Joining a waitlist does not confirm a place. Any offer of a place will explain the steps required to complete your booking.

Participants and guardians

Provide accurate information for everyone included in your booking and ensure you have permission to provide their details. Each adult participant must complete any required agreements for themselves. A parent or legal guardian must complete any required agreements for a child.

Cancellations, rescheduling and transfers

Once purchased, bookings are final. Customers cannot cancel, reschedule or transfer a booking to another person. Missed sessions, late arrivals and no-shows do not qualify for a refund, credit or replacement session, except where required by applicable law.

Weather, closures and makeup lessons

Spike Easy may postpone or reschedule sessions because of unsafe weather, facility closures or other unforeseen circumstances affecting delivery.

Beach volleyball is an outdoor activity. Wind, temperature changes and light rain do not ordinarily cause cancellation. Participants should dress appropriately.

We will make reasonable efforts to arrange makeup lessons, normally at the end of the booking cycle. Makeup lessons depend on availability and may be delivered by a different coach. A participant’s inability to attend a scheduled makeup lesson does not qualify for a refund or credit, except where required by applicable law.

If Spike Easy cannot provide a makeup lesson for a canceled session, we will issue either a proportionate refund or gift credit for that session. Spike Easy chooses the remedy, except where applicable law requires a monetary refund or gives the customer a choice.

Participation and safety

Beach volleyball involves physical activity and outdoor conditions. Follow the coach’s instructions, use equipment responsibly and treat other participants respectfully. Tell the coach about circumstances that affect your ability to participate safely.

Any required activity-specific waiver is presented separately.

Merchandise

Review the product, size, delivery address and order total before paying. Our merchandise is made to order and fulfilled by Printful. We do not offer discretionary returns or exchanges for a change of mind or an incorrectly selected size or color.

For damaged, defective, misprinted or missing items, contact hello@spike-easy.com promptly with your order number, a description of the problem and photographs where applicable. We will coordinate the claim with Printful. Please do not return merchandise without instructions.

Printful requires quality claims within 30 days of delivery and lost-package claims within 30 days of the estimated delivery date. Contact us as soon as you discover a problem so we can submit the claim in time. These supplier claim deadlines do not limit your rights under applicable law.

Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information. Accepting these terms does not subscribe you to marketing emails.

Your legal rights

Nothing in these terms excludes cancellation, refund or other consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

Updates and questions

We may update these terms for future bookings and purchases. An update does not automatically replace the conditions agreed for an existing booking. Contact hello@spike-easy.com with questions about these terms or your booking.
